How to assign a Notice Plan to a Customer

Notice plans are useful when you want to send a particular group of notices to a customer. By assigning a notice plan to a customer you ensure they are getting the correct correspondence for the type of customer they are (company/private). During the below process you will be assigning a Notice Plan to an Agreement.

Overview of steps:

  1. Navigation to: Open the agreement
  2. Assign the Notice Plan [Agreement Info tab]

Step 1. Navigation to: Open the agreement

To begin open the agreement.

Step 2. Assign the Notice Plan [Agreement Info tab]

  • Assign the Notice Plan. Enter the number corresponding to the Notice Plan number that this Agreement should be assigned to.

Important: Please check under Notice Plans prior to selecting a different notice plan to ensure it is right for the customer in question

Step 3. Save

  • Select OK to save and close the agreement.
