How to set Hidden & Compulsory Fields

Certain fields of a customer agreement can be visible, hidden or made compulsory as required. During the below process you will be making agreement fields either compulsory or hidden.

Overview of step:

  1. Navigation to: Agreement Screen Edit
  2. Managing the fields

Step 1. Navigation to: Agreement Screen Edit

Select Agreement Screen Edit under the Maintenance menu.

Step 2. Managing the fields

A dummy agreement will open. Click several times on the desired field / element that you wish to make compulsory or hidden. As you do so, the colours will cycle between a number of options.

  • Colour Red means the Field is compulsory.
  • Colour Blue means the Field is Hidden.
  • Colour Green means the Field will be showing.

Step 3. Save

  • Select Done to save and close the window.
