Article Approvers

The list of approvers is based on category ownership.  The owner of a category needs to approve all content in that area.

Installing and Managing Storman Denis
Configuring Storman Marianne
Using Storman Marianne
Storman Add-on's Johnno
The Storman API Johnno
Storman Application Forms Johnno
Storman Integrations Johnno
Storman Versions and Releases Johnno

 

For existing articles:

Existing articles are already published and making significant changes to them will require a document to be re-approved.  If you are unsure, follow this process:

1. Copy the existing KB article into the "For Review (internal only) section"

2. Make the necessary changes to the article

3. Email the approver to review the article

4. Once the article is approved, promote the article to the main KB by Publishing it.

 

For new articles

Existing articles are already published and making significant changes to them will require a document to be re-approved potentially.  If you are unsure, follow this process:

1. Create a new KB article in the "For Review (internal only) section" in the appropriate Category

2. Ensure that the article is saved as a "Draft" 

3. Follow steps (2) to (4) as per the "existing articles" section above.
