Notices with Special Names

Storman uses a number of Notices that - when named a certain way - are used as triggers for certain things. These Notice names are outlined & described in detail below. To use these, simply "name" the Notice exactly as per your desired special notice below & it will automatically be used by Storman in the instance described.

Notice Name Description / When used
Default The default letter / email template to show when one is created.
Insur If it starts with this, Storman assumes that this is an insurance notice & will change the date that it is based upon, to the Insurance Expiry date.
RentIncrease If it starts with this, Storman assumes that this will be the Rental Change Notice sent to Customers for rent increases or decreases, including during any rent change wizards. The "days before" setting assigned to the notice is used for Dynamic Rent Control for occupied Units to ensure any changes made given enough time for the notice to generate.
Envelope The template for Envelopes to be printed onto.
AutoCCSuccess If a credit card is successfully charged, this will be sent.
AutoCCFailure If a credit card failed to be charged, this will be sent.
AutoCCVSuccess If a credit card transaction is successfully voided, this will be sent.
AutoCCVFailure If a credit card transaction was failed to be voided, this will be sent.
AutoCCRSuccess If a credit card is successfully refunded, this will be sent.
AutoCCRFailure If a credit card failed to be refunded, this will be sent.
OReserve This is sent to a Customer when they make a booking using Online Reservations.
OReserveCancel This is sent to a Customer when the booking they made using Online Reservation is cancelled.
