Setting up automated GoCardless Direct Debit Processing

In Storman, it is possible to setup Customer Agreements so that funds can be deducted from the Customer's nominated bank account whenever they are due. GoCardless is one of several ways to achieve this. During the below process you will be setting up GoCardless Direct Debit Processing.

Important: You are required to contact GoCardless directly to set up an account through them, before you can integrate with Storman. GoCardless is only available to UK customers.

Overview of steps:

  1. Navigate to: System Settings
  2. Enter account information

Step 1. Navigate to: System Settings

Begin by opening System Setup under the Maintenance menu.

Step 2. Enter account information

Select the Modules tab, select GoCardless from the dropdown and enter your direct debit account details. Once entered select Authorize, this will authorize Storman to take payments on your behalf.

Hint: GoCardless only supports Direct Debit payments.

          You would have to contact Storman Support in selecting your Service Provider.

Step 3. Save

  • Select OK to save and close system setup.
