Rent Changes via Manually adjusting Customers Agreement

When you have only a handful of increases to process or you have a small facility, an easy way of managing rent increases is by manually changing the fields in a customer agreement.

Overview of steps:

  1. Navigate to: Opening the agreement
  2. Set change [Agreement Info tab]

Step 1. Navigate to: Opening the agreement

Open the Agreement relating to the Customer you wish to manually change.

Step 2. Set change [Agreement Info tab]

  • New Rent: This is the increased amount the customer will be paying
  • Incr From: This is the date the increase will take effect. Usually this would be the same date as the next bill date.

Note: Recurring charges can also have increases applied and the corresponding fields need to be changed as with the Rent

Step 3. Save

  • Select OK to save and close the agreement.
