Adding a notice to an Agreement

Storman allows you to manually send an email or print a letter for a customer independently of an automated notice plan cycle. This can be useful on an ad-hoc basis and any notice can be sent this way.  During the below process you will be adding a notice to an agreement.

Overview of steps:

  1. Navigation to: Open the agreement
  2. Create the Notice [AutoPay/Notices tab]

Step 1. Navigation to: Open the agreement

Open the Agreement you wish to create a notice for. 

Step 2. Create the Notice [AutoPay/Notices tab]

  • Add notice. Using the options highlighted below create your notice.  The order of the notice buttons from left to right is; Add SMS, Add Email, Add Letter.

Important: It is not possible to attach invoices when an email is sent via this method.  Please send via the Transactions tab using the Email Invoice button

Step 3. Save

  • Select OK to save and close the agreement.
